Service of Civil Process

Our fees vary on the location of the service address we are going to attempt.  Our fees start at $60 per address and go up the farther the address is.  Our fee for that one address covers up to 4 different attempts on 4 different days.  For example, we will attempt morning, afternoon, evening and weekend.  Scroll down to process serving fees for pricing on individual cities/towns.  

There are different ways we can get the documents from you.  One way is we can schedule a date and time to meet up so we can get them from you personally.  You can scan and email the documents to us or regular mail the documents to our mailing address.

We accept checks, credit card and cash payments.  We can also email you an invoice that you can pay online with a credit card.

Unfortunately, service cannot be guaranteed but you do have our guarantee that we will diligently attempt to serve your documents.

Private Process Servers, Sheriff Deputies and County Constables are all professional servers and we do our best in attempting to serve legal documents.  We sometimes all work together in trying to serve individuals with legal documents.  But because we are private process servers, we are a little more dedicated to solely serving process, we are able to make more attempts in a shorter amount of time which includes after hours and weekends. Thus, this results in service being completed faster. This helps every step of the case move faster, which keeps clients happy.  A survey was done on this.  See video below:
